Rose Villa is frequently praised for its spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, some even featuring ginormous bathrooms, USB chargers, and welcoming treats like sweets and Irn Bru. Its location proves convenient, with guests appreciating the easy walk to Oban's town center, the ferry terminal, pubs, and a mini-market. While most find the rooms comfortable and modern, a few guests have noted that some rooms can be quite small. On-site parking, though pre-booked, is a definite plus for many visitors.

A Haven of Kindness and Comfort

warm greeting useful information special touch
The hosts greeted us warmly and helped with our luggage. They remembered small details and offered useful information about the area. They were always friendly. The room included a mini fridge and a selection of beverages and cookies. This added a special touch.
The room lacked space next to the beds, so it was difficult to place personal items. I wish there was a small table on each side.
